COMPONENTS / SOURCING
Your requirement shapes the search.
Small quantities, a specific lot, an unusual packaging requirement, or a mixed BOM. Peachlot explores global suppliers and sourcing channels around the parts you actually need.
Send your specifications even when a standard catalog or supplier MOQ does not fit. We review the sourcing options and confirm what can be offered in a quotation.
EXACT QUANTITY SOURCING
Buy What You Need
Standard suppliers may require full reels, trays, wafers, cartons, or large minimum order quantities (MOQs). Peachlot can search alternative sourcing channels for quantities closer to your actual requirement.
- Partial reels
- Partial production lots
- Small prototype quantities
- Mid-volume requirements
- Large production quantities
Exact quantities cannot always be guaranteed. Available quantities and any lot-splitting options depend on the supplier and are confirmed per quotation.
WHEN STANDARD MOQS DO NOT FIT
MOQ Solutions
We look for alternative stock, partial lots, excess inventory, or other sourcing options when standard MOQs do not fit your requirement.
- 10,000 units needed against a supplier MOQ of 50,000+
- Several hundred units from a full reel
- A small portion of available excess inventory
- Quantities consolidated from several suppliers
These are sourcing scenarios, not promised outcomes. We cannot always split an MOQ; supplier terms, available stock, and lot requirements determine the options.
MIXED BOM SOURCING
Multiple parts.
One sourcing partner.
Send your bill of materials (BOM) as one RFQ. Peachlot can explore multiple suppliers and sourcing channels across the list, giving you one point of contact for fragmented purchasing requirements.
Send a BOMA requirement for every line
- Part numbers and manufacturers across component categories
- Required quantities and target prices for each line
- Specific date codes, packaging, condition, and documentation
- Delivery priorities, destination, and any acceptable alternatives
We review sourcing options line by line. Where a list requires several suppliers, proposed quantities, lead times, and lot details are confirmed in the quotation. Flag any lines that must be supplied together.
Full BOM coverage and a single consolidated shipment are not guaranteed. Available lines and shipment arrangements are confirmed before ordering.
Electronic component sourcing capabilities
From standard components to obsolete, allocated, and hard-to-find parts, we search with your quantity, date code, packaging, and delivery priorities in mind. These categories describe the inquiries we welcome; availability is confirmed per quotation.
