TERMS OF USE
Clear expectations.
Effective September 14, 2026. These terms apply to use of the Peachlot Technologies LLC website.
Business inquiries
The website provides information about our independent electronic component sourcing and distribution activities and accepts business inquiries. Content and component categories do not represent a live inventory database, manufacturer affiliation, or guaranteed supply.
RFQs, offers, and orders
Submitting an RFQ or inventory offer does not create an order, purchase obligation, stock reservation, or binding supply agreement. A receipt confirms only that the submission has been saved. Transactions require separate written agreement on the applicable commercial terms.
Product and quality requirements
Part numbers, manufacturer requirements, quantities, date codes, condition, packaging, documentation, inspection, and acceptance criteria must be stated and confirmed in the quotation or order agreement. Information from a potential source remains subject to review and confirmation.
Information you submit
Provide accurate information and upload only business documents you are authorized to share. Do not upload malicious files, restricted technical information, personal identity documents, or payment-card details. Suppliers must have authority to offer the inventory they submit.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the website, submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful transactions. We may reject submissions or restrict access to protect the service. Availability of the website itself is not guaranteed.
Trade and transaction terms
Domestic and international transactions are subject to applicable laws and the Export Compliance notice. Payment, shipping, inspection, warranties, returns, and other sale or purchase terms must be agreed separately for each transaction.
Privacy, links, and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how website submissions are handled. External websites have their own terms. We may update these website terms; the effective date above identifies the revision. Contact us through the Contact page with questions.
